1. Registration and Use of Web shop
- Placing an order at the web shop of Lifestyle Atelier Oy (Malla) does not require registration with the Customer Register. If you place an order without registration, we collect only the required data to implement your order.
- A customer can register with Malla’s Customer Register in connection with an order or otherwise. Upon registration, the customer agrees to include his/her personal data in Malla’s Customer Register. This will simplify processing of customer’s further orders and allows customer to follow his/her orders requiring he/she is signed in while placing the order.
- While registering to Malla’s Customer Register the customer can also subscribe to Malla's newsletter by announcing his/hers wish to receive newsletters and information about offers to his/hers e-mail. The customer thereby agrees that Malla collects the necessary contact information to its Newsletter Customer Register. The newsletter can be ordered without creating a customer account to the online store. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Use of Web shop
- You agree to provide truthful information about yourself, and to update this information when necessary.
- Obtain the consent of your guardian to make your purchase if you are under 18 years old.
- You also agree to observe special care and caution when using the online store. Keep your username and password secret from others, and immediately notify Malla, if your username and/or password has become into the knowledge of a third party. In such cases, we reserve the right to immediately disable your username and password.
- If necessary, the Service Provider has the right to refuse registration and close or suspend the Customer's username.
2. Binding agreement
You can place an order directly from our web shop 24 hour a day. Products are ordered by placing them in the shopping cart. Follow the instructions provided by the web shop to complete your order. The order confirmation page shows the aggregate payable amount inclusive all taxes and delivery costs. A binding agreement to the parties occurs when Malla/Lifestyle Atelier Oy has sent the customer a separate order confirmation to the customer’s email address (Order Confirmation). The confirmation is sent immediately, once we have received the order. In case you have not received the order confirmation within two (2) working days from placing the order, please contact our Customer Service. If you do not receive the confirmation message within two days please check your junk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
Lifestyle Atelier Oy has the right to reject a customer’s order in individual cases. Lifestyle Atelier Oy does neither guarantee the availability of e-commerce products in all situations. All purchases done under the customer’s registered account are considered as the customer’s shopping purchases. It is therefore important, that the customer maintains their account information carefully. Do not allow others to have access to this information.
The customer has the right to, partly or fully, cancel the order prior to its delivery by email, letter, or telephone. The delivery has taken place when the customer has received the delivery confirmation email including the order tracking ID if available. The right to cancel products modified at the customer's request end when the manufacturing of the product has been started.

All prices in our web shop are in euros (EUR) and include the current valid value added tax (VAT 24%). Prices do not include shipping and handling charges. The prices that we have indicated at the time of the order are the valid prices for the customer throughout the buying process period. If you will be ordering to a non-EU country, the VAT will be deducted from the product prices at the check-out. Customers ordering products to be delivered outside the EU are, in addition to the postage fees, responsible for any customs or other government fees applicable to their order.
Lifestyle Atelier Oy reserves the right to cancel an order in the case of a clear price error in our online store. A clear price error means, that the price of the product differs clearly and significantly from the real price of the product. For example, if the product has a price of 0.00 euros, an item has no price at all, or EUR 200.00 price has been set to EUR 20.00. In such a case, the incorrect price differs so clearly from the right price, that the customer shall be considered to have understood the price information as incorrect.

At present Malla delivers products to Finland and to other EU countries.
Products that are in stock will be sent in 2-5 business days, from when Malla has sent the order confirmation. Delivery times vary by country, please see estimated times here. At present almost all items are made-to-order or pre-order products. Delivery time for made-to-order products is about 1-3 weeks + shipping time which varies by country.
The estimated delivery time or arrival date of pre-ordered products is indicated on the product page of each product. If you purchase several products with different delivery times, we will deliver your order according to the longest delivery time stated, unless otherwise agreed.
These delivery times are estimates, and the customer has the right to cancel a sale in the case of a significantly delayed delivery. We will yet send the customer a separate email notification, once their order is ready to be shipped.
Malla/Lifestyle Atelier Oy is not responsible for any damages caused by a possible delay in the delivery time. We respond to, and processes orders in the order we have received them.
We always try to notify the customer if the product is out of stock or delayed. If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service by email at info(at)mallashop.com or by phone at +358 443587119.
Lifestyle Atelier Oy is not responsible for any damages or delays which are due to force majeure or similar reasons beyond its control which it could not have reasonably predicted or the consequences of which could not be avoided. Force majeure and similar reasons consists of, but is not limited to the following: sick leave of personnel, authority decisions, import and exports bans, industrial actions, equipment or personnel related problems of cooperation ateliers, delays in fabric deliveries, disruptions in transportation, war, natural disasters, or any other similar reason. In the event the force majeure or similar reason continues for more than three months, both the consumer and Lifestyle Atelier Oy have the right to cancel the order/agreement without any damage or other consequences.
If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us an email including pictures of the faulty items. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened.
5. Payment Terms
All our online store payments and refunds are handled by Klarna. With Klarna Checkout you can safely pay your order in our online store by using the most common credit or debit cards, by online banking or by Klarna invoice. We do not store our customers’ bank or credit card numbers. Payment methods available may vary depending on your home country. If you choose the Klarna invoice option as a form of payment, Klarna will, at the time of purchase, pay the full price of the order to Lifestyle Atelier Oy. Thus, Klarna will be entitled to the claim, and Klarna will send a payment reminder, if the payment is not paid by the due date. For this Klarna will charge a reminder fee of € 5.00. Klarna will also charge interest for late payment according to the Interest Act. If, despite payment reminders, the claim is still outstanding, Klarna may transfer the claim to the debt collection agency, which may result in additional costs.
You can use Malla’s gift cards as a payment method in Malla’s web shop. To redeem a gift card, you must enter the Gift card code at the checkout page. The gift card can be used at once or in multiple orders until the remaining card value is completely used. Please note that the gift card is valid for one (1) year from the purchase. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers can be used against full price and sale items. If a customer makes a return for a product, they have purchased with a gift voucher a new gift voucher will be credited for that amount.
6. Exchange and Return Policy
For us at Malla, it is important that you are happy with your order. In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, we offer a 14-day exchange and return policy for all our items starting from the date of receiving the item in question. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can, within 14 days from its receipt by mail, change it to another size or color of the same product category or return it by following the Product Return Instructions.
The Exchange and Return Policy does not apply to custom items modified according to customers preferences, for example, when a customer orders a product in a desired length that is not already offered in our web shop. The Exchange and Return Policy does however include products which are personalized according to the personalization options we offer in the web shop.
The product (s) to be returned may be tried on, but they must remain unused and in a good condition and the price tags and product labels must remain attached. You can read more detailed instructions for returning products from here.
More detailed exchange and return instructions for our products are part of these terms and conditions and can be found here. Please carefully follow these instructions and the instructions that came with the product if you want to replace or return the product. We will refund the original purchase price(s) of the product(s) you returned. Failure to pick up an order is not the same as a product return. If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been shipped to you, please pick up the shipment normally and return it to us as a customer product return by following these instructions. We will charge the customer for the extra packing, shipping and return costs incurred by us for the non-picked package, a total of 10 euros in Finland and 20 euros other countries once the non-picked package has been returned to our online store. Make sure to keep a receipt until the refund is confirmed. Once we receive the return, we will send you a confirmation by email.
It is the obligation of the customer to, forthwith after the receipt of the delivered package, carefully inspect its contents, the condition and amount of the products. In the event that a wrong product or a wrong amount of products have been delivered to you or in case your product is defective please contact immediately our Customer service by either sending an email to email@example.com or by telephone +358505438384 on weekdays between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. (GMT+2). The seller of the product is responsible for any defects in the product in accordance with applicable consumer protections laws. The 14-day time limit mentioned in Section 6 above does not limit the right of customer to make claims based on product defects. A product is defective e.g. when it is torn or otherwise damaged. A product is not considered to be defective on the basis of normal wear and tear nor if the product has been damaged or has shrunk, because it has not been used and washed in accordance with given instructions. A defective product should be returned in accordance with the Product Return Instructions. After we have received the faulty item, we will either change the product to new one, repair the item or refund the price of the product. We will always contact the customer after we have received the faulty item.
8. Promotional discounts, other offers, and sale items
Promotional discount codes may not be used in conjunction with other offers and sale items, unless otherwise stated in the campaign information. For the discount code to be activated, it must be entered in the field reserved for it in the checkout page. If the product purchased with the discount code is returned, the discount code will not be reactivated.
From time to time we offer promotional discounts, for example 10 % discount on orders over 80 euros. If your order consists of a number of products which amount to EUR 80 and you return one product you will get the full price back minus the amount of discount which has been equally allocated to that particular product.
Products sold at a discounted price are subject to the same rules as normal priced products. They are also subject to a 14-day cancellation right for distance selling, excluding custom-made products at the customer's request.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The web shop of Malla as well as all related transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of Finland unless mandatory consumer protection laws of some other country must be applied. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiations. If a dispute concerning a commercial agreement cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for decision. Prior to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board handling the consumer must contact the magistrate's Consumer Center (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
