Terms of Delivery

Orders in Finland: free delivery for orders over 80€ (excluding home delivery). Home delivery 14 €, free for orders over 300 €.

General

Mallashop.com is an online marketplace maintained by Lifestyle Atelier Oy (Y- 3120148-9). We sell products to individuals and companies within EU-region. These terms of delivery are applied to your ordering from our web store and to the deliveries as well.

These terms of delivery are valid as from 10.8.2020. We have the right to change these terms of delivery unilaterally from time to time so please go them through each time and before you order from our web store.


Payment 

All our online store payments and refunds are handled by Klarna AB. You can safely pay your order in our online store by using the most common credit or debit cards, by online banking or by Klarna invoice. You will see the options available in the checkout. You can find more information about our payment options from Payment Methods -page. 


Shipping cost & methods  

We use Finnish Posti for our deliveries. Posti delivers packages reliably in cooperation with their international partnership network. The shipping cost and delivery method for each country will be verified while checking out. Please see our shipping rates below.

Please note! We only charge you for the product price and delivery. If you are making your purchase from a non-EU country, you will be responsible for the possible import charges, such as import duties, customs, and taxes.

Finland

  • Small Parcel 5,90 €. Small items that fit into a mail slot or mailbox. Free delivery for orders over 150 €.
  • Postal Parcel 6,90 €. Pickup from postal outlets and Posti Parcel Lockers. Free delivery for orders over 150 €.
  • Posti home delivery 14 €. Free delivery for orders over 300 €.
  • Plus sticker letter 3 €. For smaller items, free delivery for orders over 40 €.
  • Normal letter 0 € only for gift cards.

The storage period is 7 days in Posti's service points and Parcel Lockers. – Please check the last pickup date for your order. Not picking up order is not the same as return. According to the Consumer Protection Law of Finland, failure to pick up an order is not the same as returning an order. We will charge costs created by parcels not picked up due to customer reasons. The charge for unpicked-up parcels in Finland is 10 euros, which is retained from the purchase price to be returned. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been sent to you, please pick up your order and return it following our Return Policy.


European Union 

  • 15 €. We use three different delivery options for orders outside Finland: Parcel Connect, Posti Parcel Baltic and Priority postal parcel. The shipping cost and delivery method for each country will be verified at the checkout.

Please note! Not picking up order is not the same as return. According to the Consumer Protection Law of Finland, failure to pick up an order is not the same as returning an order. We will charge costs created by parcels not picked up due to customer reasons. The charge for unpicked-up parcels is 20 euros, which is retained from the purchase price to be returned. The charge consists of packaging, delivery and return costs. If you fail to pick up your order on time and want us to send the package to you again, we will charge you extra 15 euros.


Outside EU

• We do not currently ship products outside EU.


Delivery time

The delivery time is an estimate and starts when Malla has sent you the order confirmation. It usually takes 1-3 weeks to create your made to order product. In case the products you have ordered have different delivery times your order will be delivered according to the longest delivery time. Please find estimated delivery times below:

Please note! Delivery time can be longer during the campaigns. We always try to inform about the extended delivery times on our website.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned item must be unworn and in its original condition with all labels still attached. We offer multiple different personalization options for many of our products. These products are subject to normal exchange and return rights. Please note that if your garment/product has custom alterations which are not offered on our website and are only made upon your request the product is non-returnable. For example, if a customer orders a product in a desired length that is not offered in the online store, the product is not eligible for returns or changes.
