Product Returns in Finlan

We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if it happens that the product did not meet your expectations, you can return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving the package.


 1. Fill in the return form 

  • Fill in the return form you received with your order. Please fill the return form carefully so that we can connect your product return to correct order. A carefully filled return form always speeds up the processing of the return. If you cannot find your return form, you can order a new one from our Customer service.

2. Pack the item(s)

  • Please make sure the items you are about to return are unused and all labels are still attached. 
  • Pack the item(s) and the return form in the same parcel your order was shipped in if it is still in good condition. 
  • You can also use any other package that is suitable for products you are about to return.

3. Sending the product return 

  • Products can be easily returned using a Helposti code. Please follow the instructions provided with the package so that you can drop off your package at the nearest Posti service point.

4. Refund

  • You will receive an email from us after your product return has been processed. 
  • When paying by invoice, the product(s) you have returned will be voided from your invoice. 
  • If you have already paid the full invoice before the refund, you will be contacted by Klarna for a refund.

To exchange an item bought at our online shop, please return the unwanted product and place a new order online. If you cannot find the size or product you are looking for, you can contact our customer service.

 

International product returns

Please note! The Exchange and Return Policy does not apply to custom items modified according to customers preferences, for example, when a customer orders a product in a desired length that is not already offered in our web shop. We will charge the customer for the extra packing, shipping and return costs incurred by us for the non-picked package, a total of 10 euros in Finland and 20 euros other countries.
